My Souls Feels Warmth Once Again

Hypnotherapy went well and I know the tie between the horrid pictures in my head and the emotions have be finally cut. Mental health is an amazing thing that I know people often don't think of as being just as important as physicial health.

I have started painting again and it feels really good to not only see the color on a blank canvas but feel joy with every stroke of the brush.

Once I said that I would have rather never known my sister then to feel the pain that I was feeling; everyone should know that there is help out there. The memories of my sister are all I have left of her and I was ready to toss them into the blackhole in my mind. It is a blessing that I have been able to be set free and still have the memories.

My prayer for anyone that may come upon this site is if you read my words and feel a connection that you will seek out help so that you too can feel warmth in your soul again.
